Return Eligibility
You may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return process straightforward.
Opened products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are no longer in their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at question@trizelonzak.world with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond within one to two business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Returns must be shipped to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will refund the full amount including shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund. Perishable items, personalized products, or items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons may be excluded from our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
